HOW DO I CHOOSE WHAT TREATMENTS ARE BEST FOR ME?
Just call one of our service coordinators. They will be happy to discuss individual treatment more in depth. If you should need additional information you can schedule a consultation.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
We ask that our spa guests arrive fifteen minutes prior to their scheduled start time. Arriving late will reduce the length of your service. Remember your treatment must end on time so that the next client is not delayed, regardless of how late you start.
DOES BAMBOO CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS?
Yes, we attempt to confirm your services the day prior.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We suggest comfortable clothing. However, upon arrival you will receive a robe and slippers. Undergarments are not necessary, but can be worn if it makes you feel more comfortable. All of your therapists are trained to properly drape sheets and towels for discretion and privacy.
SHOULD I WEAR JEWELRY?
We suggest leave any jewelry or personal belongings at home.
Out of respect for our other guests and their own safety we do not allow children or babies unless they are receiving a service themselves.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DOES BAMBOO ACCEPT?
We accept cash, checks with proper identification, Visa and Mastercard.
SHOULD I LEAVE A GRATUITY?
Envelopes are available at the front desk during your checkout.
WHAT IS BAMBOO'S CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require 24 hour notice prior to your service. If you fail to arrive on the day of your service, BAMBOO will reduce the amount of your gift certificate or charge your credit card by fifty percent of the total cost.
